Protest planned over county ruling not to give pension to same-sex partner

Civil-rights advocates are planning to march at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ocean County administration building to protest a decision by the freeholders not to allow a dying employee to leave her pension benefit to her same-sex domestic partner.
