Poinciana Also an All-America City

POINCIANA (PHN) | In Kissimmee's recently won All-America City 2007 award, Poinciana includes a share, since about half of this area is in the Osceola side of Kissimmee. (The other half of Poinciana being located in Polk County.) Poinciana has been quite the award-achiever over the past few years too.
