Trio charged in credit card scheme

Detective Charlie Rozum got the call from a fellow Plymouth Township police officer May 10 at about 3:30 a.m.: Some 900 gallons of gasoline had been pumped into makeshift tanks on a pickup and a van, and the men who pumped it couldn't show police the credit cards they had used.
