Police Arrest Teen In Fatal Jefferson Hills Crash
Allegheny County police say they have now filed charges in juvenile court against a teenager in connection with a crash earlier this month that killed a young girl.
The accident happened back on April 5 in Jefferson Hills along Gill Hall Road.
Tia Wright, 12, of Pleasant Hills, was killed when the pick-up truck she was riding in collided with another vehicle. Officials say three other people were injured.
Officials with Allegheny County say the 17-year-old male will not be charged as an adult and is currently being held at Shuman Detention Center. Read more
