Sunday's storm that blew through the area missed Omaha and Council Bluffs, but areas south of the metro weren't so lucky.

The retirements of Teresa Hahn and Dennis Ehmke were accepted Monday, May 13, by the Auburn Public Schools Board of Education.

Two names for district judge. Hugh I. Abrahamson, Bellevue, and Jeffrey J. Funke, Nebraska City, have submitted applications for appointment as District Judge in the 2nd Judicial District consisting of Cass, Sarpy, and Otoe Counties.
