Authorities have identified a previously unidentified man killed in a crash Friday near New Orleans as Ryan Russell Gibbs, 30.

The 30-year-old man was shot in an apparent domestic-related incident at about 9:30 a.m. today, said Dennis Burton, chief of the Hale Center Police Department.
