Plainfield man among 31 indicted in bank fraud scheme

A Plainfield man is one of 31 people indicted Tuesday in connection with a bank fraud scheme by members and associates of the Bloods street gang that involved more than $654,000 in counterfeit checks and the theft of more than $341,000 from eight banks.
