Tortured Kittens Left at Placerville Shelter

This looks like the work of lost souls. People who live without love, faith, self-esteem, and well-groomed relationships are targets for negativity and evil to creep into their hearts. Try to heal those around you by always being kind to others, and take notice of their plight. Evil does not have to be the rule in modern times.

they're dead if I ever come across them- YES, I'M WILLING TO DO THE "TIME"(if i were to get caught, that is) IF i SHOULD EVER GET MY WISH AND COME ACROSS THE PERSON(S)
