July and August food service inspections listed
The City of Warren and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture have released the results of food service inspections conducted in July and August.
June food service Inspections listed
BiLo, 74 Market St., two critical violations: deli case not at proper cold holding temperature; and outdated meat found in deli case; and one non-critical violation: kitchen floor needs cleaned under and around appliances.
Results from May food service inspections
Frosty Jacks, 922 Newton Road, Pittsfield, three violations: spatula was stored under the pizza oven in food debris; interior top of the enclosed deep-frying unit has heavy buildup of grease, right side griddle has heavy carbon buildup; and middle agitater on milkshake mixer has food debris on and above mixer.
County fair's history detailed at luncheon
The annual Warren County Fair Media Luncheon took place on Monday, sponsored by the Warren County Visitors Bureau as it has been for the past six years.
