Missing East Liverpool Man Found Safe

A mentally disabled man missing since last week has been found safe. Delbert Hall, 31, disappeared after he flew into Pittsburgh International Airport after visiting his father in Georgia.

That's good, but why would someone name there kid Delbert in the first place, it's like naming your kid Jeeves and expect him not to be someone's butler.
