The Pittsburgh Police Bureau's Annual Report is out, and statistics show an overall decrease in city crime over the past 10 years, from more than 19,000 incidents in 2002 to 12,673 last year.

"We are getting the word out, but there are still plenty of people who don't know where it is or how to get here, and it's all part of the development process," said Ilyssa E. Manspeizer, director of park development and conservation for the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation.
