Wednesday, Dec. 7: Douglas Goodman, 61, Piseco, was charged with harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child following a 911 hang-up call to Hamilton County Dispatch at 10:12 p.m. Deputies Corey Hutchins and William Wilt investigated and made the arrest.
