It's now apparent that James Robert Coots is the box thief! Good work Piqua Police!! However, this scumbag has commited numerous thefts and burglaries since he was a juvenile, and I've always wondered how this idiot always managed to get out of severe punishment, i.e., prison. Lets hope this scumbag gets what he deserves and finally is removed from our town!!!
