Two people were killed in a Bandera County wreck late Saturday night but their identities and what caused the crash remain unknown.

On Sunday, May 26, Cub Scout Pack 147 Pipe Creek/Lakehills participated in a Memorial Day tradition of placing American flags on the graves of veterans laid to rest in the Pipe Creek Cemetery.

Beginning Friday, May 24, some changes occurred at the Bandera County Sheriff's Office.

Monday, May 20: A Sweetie from San Antonio saw the inside of the slammer after being seized for being dogged by a misdemeanor traffic warrant and another from an outside agency.

Wednesday, May 15: A pilferer from Pipe Creek got caught stealing something worth between $20,000 and $100,000 - a felony to be sure.
