Lowes Foods plans larger store
Lowes Foods intends to relocate its Mooresville store from the Brawley Commons shopping center to the nearby Mooresville Town Square retail center at Brawley School and Williamson roads.The move will allow for a larger store that fits the company's updated layout, Darrell Palasciano of Pinnacle Properties LLC in Charlotte confirmed last week. Pinnacle Properties is the developer of the new Mooresville Town Square.
Palasciano referred other details to Lowes, including when the company intends to open in the center. A Lowes' spokeswoman was out of the office last week and unavailable for comment. Read more
