Pinellas Park: Group home worker charged in beating

A man who works at a St. Petersburg-area group home has been arrested for allegedly beating a resident who refused to do his chores.

U No Who is the punk... im quite sure people are innocent until proven guilty. I worked in the field for 5 years and have seen staff with grudges falsely report abuse. At the same time ive seen abusers get raises and promotions. If anyone should be executed, its the ignorant people who dont allow the proper authorities to do their jobs before they post frivolous comments on situations they have ABSOLUTELY no understanding of!

People like you are the problem. How can any reader get any acurate info from this tiny article. Why did it take 24hrs to report the abuse? Did anyone report the fact there was 2 other staff on duty, and the other did not report any abuse? Did they mention this man has worked at the company for 9 years without incident?
