Bank robbed in Pine Island; suspect said to have fled with $10,000
Multiple police agencies are searching for a bank robber who held up the Bank of America at 671 County Route 1 around 2:25 p.m. The robber, who displayed a handgun, is reported to have made off with $10,000, though that report could not be immediately confirmed.
