Ark. Supreme Court Overturns Osburn's Conviction In Crowder Murder

The Arkansas Supreme Court has reversed and remanded the capital murder conviction of a man accused of kidnapping and strangling a 17-year-old Pine Bluff girl stranded alongside a south Arkansas highway.

This is so messed up. This is going to cause so much chaos in Pine Bluff. LEAVE THAT TRASH WERE HE BELONGS BEHIND BARS!!! we all miss you Casey.

So because of his statement made BOFORE a lawyer was present excuses this fool from murder? What the hell has this supposed justice system come to? I guess for all of you would be murderers out there take note: If you kill & are caught, spill your guts BEFORE a lawyer steps in the room and your set to get off for said muder. Friggin excellent information yes? IDIOCY RULES, but I'll never get used to it.

i feel for the young lady's family & friends i lost a loved one to a senseless murder and it never gets easier however justice is sometimes slow but on the real he will go be in jail 4 sure
