Police: 2 Suspects Rob Pine Bluff Hotel, Shoot Employee
The Pine Buff Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two robbery suspects responsible for a robbery and shooting at the Plaza Hotel in Pine Bluff. At 11:25 p.m. on September 11, police say two men entered the hotel and demanded money from an employee while armed with handguns.

Pine Bluff Homicide Victim Had Been Shot
The PBPD received word today from the State Medical Examiner's Office on the cause of death for Reggie Willis, 25. PINE BLUFF, AR - A passing train crew has led officers with the Pine Bluff Police Department to the body of a homicide victim. The train crew spotted the body lying in a grassy lot on the north side of 4th Avenue, west of Spruce Street.

Southeast Arkansas College president Stephen Hilterbran has complained to the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board about the University of Arkansas at Monticello offering classes for college credit at White Hall High School, according to a story published Monday in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette .
