Guilty plea in eastern Ky. animal cruelty case
The 1-time Pike County deputy Judge-Executive has pleaded guilty to 125 counts of second-degree cruelty to animals and will serve 500 hours of community service at the Pike County Animal Shelter.
James "Russell" Rice, kindness personified, age 92, a life long resident of Little Paint Creek in East Point, passed away Tuesday, Feb.
