A 12-year-old Philo Junior High School student diagnosed with pneumonia by bacterial neisseria meningitidis is recovering and doing well, according to a release from the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department.
The Zanesville Muskingum County Health Department says it has a confirmed case of Pneumonia by bacterial neisseria meningitides in a 12-year-old child from Philo.
