Philo student diagnosed with pneumonia caused by Neisseria meningitidis bacteria

A 12-year-old Philo Junior High School student diagnosed with pneumonia by bacterial neisseria meningitidis is recovering and doing well, according to a release from the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department.
