Fairview Avenue residents approach Phillipsburg Town Council about dangerous road

This is the aftermath of a crash last week on Fairview Avenue in Phillipsburg. Frustrated homeowners on Fairview Avenue in Phillipsburg pleaded with council members to consider closing the narrow road to through traffic .
