Mary E. Benchley, 32, of Fredonia, was arraigned on aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection.

He was born Sept. 17, 1963 in Springfield, Mass., the son of the late John Martin and Joyce Martin, who survives and resides in Versailles, NY.

To be on the list, a student must have achieved a 3.5 grade point average while taking at least 12 credit hours.
