Veterans Council names vet, auxiliary member of year
The Livingston County Veterans Council has named the Howell area's Maurice DeLisle as its 2009 'Veteran of the Year' and the Pinckney area's Rose Perry as its 'Auxiliary of the Year.' DeLisle served two tours of duty in Vietnam as part of the Navy Seabees, who were responsible for many construction projects.
