State OKs grant to clear French Broad logjam

When I was a child I was told that we had a Constitutional Republic; as an adult, it was a... PENROSE - North Carolina has agreed to provide funding to clear a logjam spanning the French Broad River in Transylvania County that has eroded hundreds of tons of soil.
