OCEAN CITY a ' On July 7 at approximately 3 p.m., the Ocean City Police received a report from the Ocean City Beach Patrol about a loud disorderly group on the 34th Street Beach.

Lawrence W. Fowler, 18, of Vineland, was arrested July 7 at 6:45 a.m. on charges of alleged criminal trespass and possession of a controlled dangerous substance after it was learned that Fowler had allegedly been rummaging through unlocked cars in the Deepwater section, police said.
