William B. Hindle, 86, of Earlville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 2, at his home. He was born March 2, 1925, in La Salle, the son of Bert and Stella Hindle.

A report was received Monday a house, which is being remodeled in the 800 block of East Kent Street, was burglarized and fixtures, cabinets and a furnace were among $5,000 worth of items stolen.
