Garnet Hertz of the Pasadena Art Center College of Design is busy pushing the limits of cool with his Sega OutRun arcade cabinet, and this one can actually a oerun.a The drivable cabinet is modeled after the Ferrari Testarossa, and is built on a EVT America Electric Trike.
