Lake Havasu boaters upset by possible fee hike

Some boaters say they'll stop using Lake Havasu State Park's boat launch ramps if Arizona State Parks hikes entrance fees and eliminates its popular State Parks Premium Pass.

Open the park for free and use public works for upkeep. This will get public works off their ass.

I would be happy if all the boats disappeared. As a lifelong resident I am so sick and tired of all these rude idiot drivers mostly from California clogging up convenience stores, thinking they own the road just because of the California license plate, trying to outrun yellow traffic signals, spilling 2-stroke oil and gasoline into the river so my kids can remark on the "SHiny rainbow" on the water.

I say get rid of all boats, or put toll-booths on hwy 95 and charge everyone with a boat a $30 daily fee.
