Domestic dispute ends in gunfire

On Friday night a 911 call came in from Vendy Street stating that gunfire had been exchanged between two brothers and at least one of them had been shot.

this is terrible...but still confused ?if one shot a twelve gauge then and according to news gun shot was exchange then what other type gun was there? what have we familys become ... we r to love not hate..
