Father Arrested For Desecrating Daughter's Grave

Seems some people just can't get enough. I mean when they hurt their child from the day they are born until after they die, There's got to be something wrong with this guy. What kind of person could do that to their own child, or any other for that matter. He should be hung or at least have life sentance. Maybe even beat to death. Nobody deserves the treatment that he gave his kids. And for that, he should be treated the same way, maybe even a little worse. How can the Paris police, or maybe I should say the new D.A. let a man like this go. He pretty much let him kill his daughter. Tell me how wrong that is.
