At first, Jim Sato was unsure how to play Willy Wonka. The Pullman resident was mystified by the mysterious, eccentric behavior of the title character of Regional Theatre of the Palouse's musical production of "Willy Wonka." "I had no clue where he came from and why he acts the way he does," he said.
