Palmyra fires village police chief

By Paris Knox Special to the Union PALMYRA - The Village of Palmyra Police Committee has voted 2-1 Tuesday morning to dismiss Police Chief Charles Warren from his position on the grounds that he was either unwilling or unable to perform his duties in accordance with the his department's code of conduct.
