Rochester, N.Y. - Winter came back in a big way on Sunday dumping more than a foot of snow in some spots.

To mark tonight's State of the Union address, local supporters of President Barack Obama will be gathering for two watch parties, while two men with Rochester-area roots will watch the speech from a room in the White House.
