I hope the judge gives nothing back. He lives with his parents so of course what he used belongs to his parents. He is a high school drop out with no resources except what his parents have given him.
Weinman's lawyer Macey states no one saw his client touch a cat. Does that mean that his client did not kidnap, torture, mutilate and murder cats or that he did not get caught kidnapping, torturing, mutilating and murdering cats? The police detective said he consulted with a "psychological" profiler who said Weinman fit the profile of the serial cat killer and would be considered a "sociopath," were he an adult.
