MICHAEL KUNZELMAN,Associated Press Writer NEW ORLEANS - A Waxahachie student who was prohibited from wearing a T-shirt supporting John Edwards' presidential campaign at school asked a federal appeals court Wednesday to bar a Texas school district from enforcing its dress code.
