Man Arrested After Running Down Two Men
In preparation to move a dozen inmates out of the jail, Johnson County Sheriff Department Sergeant Demetrius Marlowe places restraints on an inmate at the Johnson County Jail in Iowa City in the early morning hours of Friday, October 14, 2011.
