Gardens city hall to be resting spot of 'Mr. Mac' statue

John D. MacArthur is on his way to city hall. The council Thursday night reversed a February vote to put the bronze statue of the city's cantankerous founder at Lake Catherine Park, which is named for MacArthur's wife.
