I think it would be cool if the people who put on these eating contests would donate the same amount of food eaten by the competitors to a food bank.

That way they would be eating for 'something.'

Other than a trophy.

If I actually typed what I think of "competitive eaters" on this site, not only would the Sun-Sentinel delete my post, they'd probably send the FBI to my house.

These people are some of the lowest scum on the earth. The idea that people gorge themselves, and call it a "sport," while others go hungry is beyond disgusting. I wish these people would die of tapeworms.
