Quake triggers landslide that shaves face of Bookcliffs
Did you feel it? There was an earthquake early Thursday morning. The 2.6 shiver on the Richter scale, as measured by the National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, triggered a rockslide in the Palisade area of the Bookcliffs, adjacent to Mount Garfield, according to the Colorado State Patrol and witnesses.
