PALISADE, Colo., -- Friends and family gathered to remember one of the two Grand Junction men who went missing in Utah earlier this month.

The first distillery in Grand Junction had its grand opening Friday night. People could get a tour of the distillery, sample drinks in their tasting room, and hear the band Jack and Jill play live.

Federal prosecutors this month formally moved to seize a home, hundreds of thousands of dollars, vehicles and a trove of precious metals swept up in a fraud investigation involving a Grand Junction-based health care business.
