2 complaints filed over rezoning
<![CDATA[PADUCAH, Ky. (AP) -- Two McCracken County residents have filed formal complaints saying the zoning of their properties was changed without their permission. They are the first complaints filed by residents since the McCracken County Sheriff Jon Hayden, Commonwealth Attorney Dan Boaz and County Attorney Mike Murphy asked Attorney General Jack Conway's office last month to investigate hundreds of zone changes after allegations that they weren't properly approved. Conway's office said Thursday the request is still under review.
