Okfuskee County District Attorney Max Cook should be terminated as well for failing to file criminal charges against the trooper. So in other words, if I decide to fight with an ambulance driver in the middle of the street in the great state of OK that's fine as long as I have a badge, in uniform, and representing the state as a law enforcement officer. What a fantastic role model Trooper Martin is. Maybe he should think about suggesting that the "Officer Friendly" program be reinstated in our public schools.
