The U.S. Geological Survey reports a 3.1 magnitude earthquake about 6 miles south of Paden in Okfuskee County at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday.

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded six miles from Paden on Tuesday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reports.

Bobby Taylor, 50, of Paden, was killed in a wreck on State Highway 48 near Paden, OK, Sunday afternoon, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

The U.S. Geological Survey has recorded two small earthquakes in Oklahoma - including a 3.5 magnitude quake near Paden in Okfuskee County.
