Earthquake: Rockin' and Rollin' in Pacifica Tonight
A 2.7-magnitude earthquake about a mile southeast of Pacifica hit with a loud boom and rolling motion around 7:04 p.m., June 19. The U.S. Geological Service shows the temblor occurred at a depth of 8.3 kilometers on the San Andreas fault line that runs just east of Pacifica.
