Troopers from Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly crash. The wrecked vehicle was spotted by another driver several hours after officials believe the actual collision happened.

State troopers said 55-year-old Lamonte Richardson, of Owenton, lost control of his vehicle overnight, drove off a curve and struck a tree on Frank Clark Road.

A grand jury indicted three men Wednesday on murder and other felony charges in connection with the weekend death of a Frankfort man, Franklin County Sheriff Pat Melton said.

Along with wine samples, other attractions, such as a Grape Stomp, make the Kentucky Wine and Vine Festival a family-friendly event.
