Chemung Canal to host free shredding events

region Chemung Canal Trust Co. announced free shredding events will occur at the following bank locations to help individuals reduce their exposure to identity theft: * 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at 100 Rano Blvd, Vestal. * Noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Route 17C branch office in Owego, next to the Owego Treadway Inn & Conference Center.
