Thornton turns 95

Elmer Thornton, of rural Elsie, recently celebrated his 95th birthday. He enjoyed a birthday dinner and during the evening shared many of his life experiences with his daughters and sons-in-law, Sharlyn Howard of Ovid, Bonnie Grenlund of Higgins Lake, Karen Schaefer, and Janice McCullough, all of Elsie.
