A 27-year-old Richville man died Thursday while working on a vehicle. The Otter Tail County Sheriffa s Department, Ottertail Rescue and Perham ambulance were called to 40961 350th St., Richville at 6:59 p.m. Thursday after receiving a report that a man was laying on the floor of a shed.
