Guilty plea in child-sex caseRichard J. Oflyng, 32, of Ottawa, Kan., pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to commercial sex trafficking of a child.He admitted driving to an area residence, where he expected to meet a pimp offering him an 11-year-old girl for sex.
