I would like to say that both parties in this tragedy went through an excruciating pain. The families of these people forwent continuous pain and suffering. A lot of discussion of the survivor has been harmful and harsh. The legalities that are occurring are not the teacher's fault. She is not to be blamed for what has happend or the suing. The Smith family are not being sued for money or any other likelyness. All mentioned in the news of being sued are portrayed in the manner of a one sided story. On the behalf of both parties, it is a shame to lose a magnificant man and the spirit of a teacher that has been shattered and on the road to recovery. Please, if you really have a heart, trully understand the legality of language and its harm. There is no reason to fill your hearts with hate for this teacher who has come a long way in seeing her recovery and the pain she has suffered.
